Hong Kong & Macau Area: $30/order (Free delivery charges for purchase over $500)
Deliveries usually cover all Hong Kong & Macau area. For restricted area, we will contact you for alternative delivery method.
Usually takes 4 - 6 working days (Expected delivery day is applicable to orders which are placed before 1:00pm on Monday to Saturday. For orders which are placed after 1pm in weekend and during Hong Kong public holidays will require an additional working day to the expected delivery day.
S.F. Pick Up Point
Hong Kong & Macau Area: $30/order (Free delivery charges for purchase over $500)
When the order arrives at the S.F. Pick-up Point, a SMS notification will be sent to you by S.F. Express. Please pick up your order according to the instruction within the deadline as stated in the SMS.
If you choose S.F. Pick-up Point, there is possibility that your order will delay if the EF Locker is fully occupied. Customer can refer to the EF Locker website to track the order.

How to track my order?
Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email containing tracking number. You can visit SF Tracking Website to track your order.
Can I change S.F. Pick Up Point?
You can contact us before your order despatched. If not, we can't cancel or amend the detail. Please contact SF customer service at 2730 0273 to change your pick up point.
Can I ship internationally？
Yes, extra delivery charges will be occurred.
